BRIGHT of Sweden AB designs, develops, and sells educational models and teaching materials. The company is headquartered in Åby, near Norrköping, Sweden. Our customers include preschools, schools, educational institutions, companies, distributors, museums, science centers, and private individuals.

Orders:

When you complete a purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. The confirmation will include details of the ordered products, prices, billing and delivery address. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery and billing information. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in additional charges. If you notice any discrepancies in your order confirmation, you must contact us immediately at order@brightsite.se.

Delivery:

Deliveries are available within Sweden for webshop purchases. Standard delivery time is approximately 2–7 business days, although variations may occur.

For deliveries outside Sweden, please contact us at info@brightsite.se to arrange international shipping.

Prices:

All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and may be displayed either including or excluding VAT. We comply with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. Further information is available at www.konsumentverket.se.

We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of supplier price changes, typographical errors, or incorrect pricing due to inaccurate information.

Shipping:

Standard shipping cost within Sweden: SEK 69 (excl. VAT). Larger orders may incur an additional shipping surcharge of approximately SEK 150 (excl. VAT).

Transport damages:

You are required to inspect your delivery upon receipt. Any visible damages or missing packages must be reported immediately to the delivery driver as well as to BRIGHT of Sweden AB at order@brightsite.se.

Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with Swedish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you have to notify us in writing at order@brightsite.se. Your notification must clearly include your full name, address, email address, order number, and the items to be returned. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, placed inside a secure outer package. If the product has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to parcels not collected. A fee of SEK 400 will be charged for uncollected parcels returned to BRIGHT of Sweden AB.

Complaints:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt by emailing order@brightsite.se. Please include your name, address, order number, the product concerned, and a description of the defect. You must always obtain approval from us before returning a defective product.

Limitation of liability:

We accept no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to labor disputes, fires, wars, government actions, supplier delays, or similar events. We also disclaim liability for changes in product specifications made by suppliers or other factors outside our control. If such circumstances affect your order, we will notify you.

Product information:

We reserve the right for any typographical errors or stock shortages on this website. We do not guarantee that product images precisely reflect the actual product, as variations in color may occur due to differences in monitors, photography, and resolution. We strive, however, to present products as accurately as possible.

In accordance with the Swedish Electronic Communications Act, visitors must be informed that this website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device to enable various functions. You can configure your browser to automatically reject cookies. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this website.

Governing law and dispute resolution:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between BRIGHT of Sweden AB and the customer, you may refer the matter to the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden for resolution.

Binding agreement:

By submitting an order through our webshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
